Beginners who are curious to discover more about the meaning of Yoga, Asana, Ayurveda, Pranayama, Philosophy, Kriya, and Meditation Who want to start developing a regular self-practice Who already practiced Yoga before it can be a great way to deepen their practice and learn more about proper adjustments and alignments People who want to learn how to integrate Yoga in their daily life routine People who want to learn about the basics about Ayurveda and Yogic nutrition People who would like a preview of our 200 hours YTTC Who want to do a 200 hours course, but don t have enough time to join the full course in one time. Please note: The 100 hrs YTC is certified by Poonam Yogasana, it is not a part of Yoga alliance certification. who are motivated to study deeper, can join us for 2 times 100 hours YTC and get a 200 hrs YTTC RYS (YOGA Alliance) certificate after successfully completing the course with us.
